The Program Committee of KICSS'2013 plans to edit one of more special issues of high quality scientific journals devoted to intelligent knowledge-based systems, digital creativity, and their future prospects. Selected revised and extended papers presented at KICSS'2013 will be invited for publication by the Special Issue Editors.
