* - Student Registration - for participants who are are full-time students enrolled in a PhD, MSc or a BSc program at an academic institution and are at most 35 years old on the day of their registration. A scanned copy of the Student ID card with the date of birth or a certificate issued by the University is to be sent to the Organizing Committee by email: kicss2013@pbf.pl.

Only papers authored by participants who will register and pay the Registration Fee by September 14, 2013 will be included in the Documentation Volume (KICSS Proceedings) and in the program of the Conference.

Registration Form

Please assure that all bank payments are credited to our account free of any bank fees.

An electronic invoice will be generated after the successful payment. It will be sent by email to the participants. The participants may exclude some expenses, such as accompanying persons fee, from the invoice after filling in the Registration Form.

Please be informed that if you select the option 'Credit Card Payment' then the amount in PLN  resulting from your registration is definitive. Even if you selected EUR as the payment currency, you shall insert the equivalent amount in PLN in the off-line payment form according to the PLN prices stated above and in the Registration Form. The latter amount will be charged to your credit card in the currency of your credit card account.

VAT Regulations:

According to the Polish VAT regulations concerning the conference fees:

• VAT is exempted for natural persons (i.e. participants, who are not supported by any institutions and do not wish to get an invoice issued to such an institution) and for Polish public sector institutions (subject to a special declaration to be signed before the invoice is issued),
• Participants supported by companies and other non-public institutions with the legal address in Poland.add 23% VAT to the above PLN prices. This will be taken into account in the interactive registration form. An appropriate VAT invoice will be issued to this Company.

Cancellation policy:
Participants with an accepted paper:

If a cancellation is received by September 12, 2013, the fees will be reimbursed, except the bank processing fee of EUR 20.: no refund will be possible for the authors and co-authors of accepted papers after September 12, 2013, but the paper may be presented as a poster, it will be published in the Documentation Volume (KICSS Proceedings), and the delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings. The regular papers presented as posters will be considered for inclusion in the Springer AISC Post-Proceedings.

Participants who do not present a paper and accompanying persons:

The participants without a paper may cancel their participation until September 30, 2013. The fees will be reimbursed, except the bank processing fee of EUR 20. 50% of the fees will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received by October 30, 2013. No refund will be possible after that date.

All refunds will be directed to the account or credit card the payment came from.
